1. Who we are
Dream Media Online (“we”, “us”) is run by John Corcoran, 2 Heskin Lane, Ormskirk, L39 1LR. You can contact us through our Contact page or by email at info@dreammedia.online.
These terms apply when you create an account, join a plan or use the courses on dreammedia.online. Please read them before you sign up. By creating an account you agree to them.
2. Who can join
The Dream Media Online academy is for adults only. You must be 18 or over to create an account or join any plan. The Jay Cee Creative Portfolio pages can be viewed by anyone.
3. Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password private. Your account is for you only, so please don’t share it or let others use it.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
4. Plans and prices
There are three plans:
- Beginner: free.
- Professional: £4.99 a month.
- Master: £9.99 a month.
A higher plan includes the courses of the plans below it. Prices are in pounds sterling and we are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. The price you pay is shown at checkout before you pay.
5. Payment
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. Your card is charged when you join and then every month on the same date until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
If a payment fails, we will try again and let you know by email. If it still can’t be taken, your plan will end and you will lose access to that plan’s courses until you join again.
We may change our prices. If we do, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, so you can cancel first if you want to.
6. Cancelling your plan
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard: go to My dashboard, open your orders, choose the plan and click Cancel subscription. You won’t be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
7. Your 14-day right to cancel
By law you normally have 14 days after buying to change your mind. Because our courses are digital content that you can start straight away, at checkout we ask you to agree that your access starts immediately and that you lose this right once it does. If you don’t agree, please don’t complete the purchase.
This doesn’t affect your other legal rights. If a course is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will put it right or give you a refund where the law says so.
8. Using the courses
- The videos, lessons, quizzes and downloads are for your own personal learning.
- Please don’t copy, share, sell or re-upload them, or share your login so others can watch them.
- What you create yourself while following a course is yours, subject to the terms of the AI tool you used to make it.
9. Third-party AI tools
Our courses teach tools made by other companies, such as Suno, OpenArt, Dzine, Higgsfield and LTX. We are not connected to these companies. You will need your own account with each tool, and their own terms, prices and rules apply. Tools change often, so some steps or screens may look different from our videos.
10. Fair use
Please don’t misuse the site. That includes trying to get around plan locks, sharing download links, posting anything unlawful or offensive, or interfering with how the site works. If you do, we may suspend or close your account. If we close a paid account for this reason, we won’t refund the current month.
11. Changes to the courses and these terms
We keep improving the courses, so lessons may be updated, added or replaced. If we make a change to these terms that affects you, we will tell you by email or on the site before it applies.
12. Our responsibility to you
We take care to make the courses accurate and useful, but we can’t promise particular results from them. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not using reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

How we use your personal details is explained in our Privacy policy.
14. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
